Senior Manager/Director, Finance

About the role

Worldly is seeking an experienced finance professional to drive financial strategy and operational excellence as the company scales its impact intelligence platform. Reporting to the CFO, this role will partner across the organization to build analytical capabilities and support sustainable, profitable growth. The position involves leading financial strategy, overseeing investor reporting, and providing insights to inform executive-level decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support company growth and stakeholder value creation
• Build a high-performing analytical culture, fostering excellence and continuous improvement
• Oversee investor reporting, and key performance indicator tracking across the organization
• Support business planning, forecasting, and modeling for strategic decision-making at the executive level
• Drive business case analyses and insights to inform product, pricing, operational and acquisition strategies
