About the role

The Regional Business Director will lead the successful launch and commercialization of ivonescimab within the New England region. This role involves executing national sales strategies, leading a team of oncology account managers, and driving regional performance to achieve commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute national sales strategies and business plans to achieve regional sales objectives and market share goals.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of oncology account managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Lead regional launch readiness and execution, ensuring sales representatives are prepared to effectively promote ivonescimab and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Monitor regional sales performance through KPIs, performance metrics, and business analytics; provide ongoing coaching and development to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Develop strategic regional business plans and account strategies to optimize customer engagement and resource deployment.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of commercial initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key oncology customers, healthcare systems, and regional stakeholders.
