About the role
The Account Receivable Specialist will take full ownership of the accounts receivable lifecycle, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation. This role involves building scalable processes and reporting systems to ensure the revenue engine operates efficiently as the company grows. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to manage collections and maintain clean financial records.
Responsibilities
- Run the full Account Receivable lifecycle including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor aging reports and manage collections to reduce DSO and speed up cash flow.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer AP teams to resolve payment delays.
- Design and execute collection strategies and automate outreach using collections tools.
- Partner with Finance leadership to improve AR processes, reporting, and internal controls.
- Prepare weekly AR aging and collections reports for leadership and support audit compliance.
