About the role

This role involves developing new, sellable physical home decor products from initial concept through to launch. The designer will combine market research, creative vision, and AI-driven visualization tools to create products that align with customer preferences and commercial goals. The position requires managing multiple development projects while collaborating with CAD designers and manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop new physical product concepts from idea to launch
• Identify product opportunities through market and competitor research
• Create and visualize concepts using AI image-generation tools
• Collaborate with CAD designers to ensure designs are manufacturable
• Manage sampling and development processes with suppliers and factories
• Coordinate with content and advertising teams for product launches
