About the role

As a Technical Instructor at Simwave, you will train and assess maritime professionals using advanced bridge and engine room simulators. You will deliver courses on technical systems, operate simulators, and develop training scenarios to ensure high-quality instruction. This role allows you to leverage your maritime experience to help shape the next generation of professionals in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses across engine room, cargo, alternative fuels, electrical and technical systems
• Operate maritime simulators for training purposes
• Develop and maintain training scenarios
• Keep course content updated and relevant
• Contribute to the improvement of technical training delivery
