Software Engineer - Delta Platform

About the role

BLP Digital AG is seeking ambitious engineers to join the Delta team, which builds the core technical foundation for the company's agentic platform. You will work on infrastructure, backend development, machine learning, or product extensions to help automate complex business processes for enterprise customers. The role focuses on formal, structured reasoning and correctness to maintain high-quality, scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate cloud infrastructure including security, observability, and CI/CD.
• Develop large-scale backend codebases focusing on performance, concurrency, and distributed systems.
• Apply AI technology to real-world business problems to create reliable production software.
• Build product extension platforms to enable the automation of arbitrary customer business processes.
