AI & Automation Engineer

About the role

Yoursquares is looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to build and maintain internal systems and client-facing tools. You will act as a central interface between partner needs and the company tech stack, developing solutions ranging from custom backend tools to process automations. This role involves taking full technical ownership of software development, AI integration, and rapid prototyping to support the company's rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for client problems including tools, services, and integrations from prototype to rollout.
• Design and build APIs and system interfaces to connect internal tools, CRM, and client systems.
• Analyze and automate manual, recurring business processes using tools like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
• Build and maintain AI systems, including LLM integration and AI-supported development workflows.
• Develop MVPs and digital services through rapid prototyping to validate new product approaches.
• Manage technical ownership including monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications
