About the role

This role involves overseeing purchase orders, vendor and customer communications, and ensuring smooth order processing in collaboration with the accounts and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day commercial operations including sales coordination, billing, invoicing, and documentation.
• Manage purchase orders, quotations, and vendor/customer communication.
• Coordinate with accounts and logistics teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain records of commercial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support management in commercial planning, reporting, and cost control activities.
