About the role

The Applikations- und Softwarebetreuer*in ensures the smooth operation of software applications in both on-premises and cloud environments for clients. This role involves administration, configuration, and support of the Lovion BIS software, as well as quality assurance through system and program testing. The position acts as a key communicator between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and implement new requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform support, administration, and configuration of Lovion BIS software
• Execute software updates and system/program tests for quality assurance
• Support 1st-level IT application inquiries
• Manage communication between clients and internal teams for troubleshooting and new requirements
• Handle customizing and data model adjustments for Lovion BIS software
