About the role

As an Application Engineer, you will provide technical support and consulting to international clients regarding machinery and dispensing systems. You will conduct customer training, perform laboratory tests, and develop technical solutions while managing troubleshooting and repairs. The role involves both on-site support and international travel to customer sites and trade fairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and support for machinery and dispensing systems to international clients.
• Conduct customer training sessions and perform application tests in the laboratory.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs directly on equipment.
• Support technical inquiries on-site at customer locations.
• Attend customer appointments and trade fairs both domestically and internationally.
• Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and solution-oriented manner.

Qualifications
