Head of Marketing & Lead Generation

About the role

Moka.care is seeking a performance-oriented marketing leader to scale growth, pipeline generation, and commercial execution. Reporting to the co-founder, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of eight to drive global marketing strategy and strengthen alignment between marketing, sales, and revenue operations. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence to build scalable growth systems in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing marketing organization and provide clear direction and performance management.
• Define and scale growth and lead generation priorities across inbound, outbound, paid acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen performance measurement, attribution, and budget allocation.
• Strengthen alignment and operating rhythms between Marketing, BDR, and Sales teams.
• Drive commercial positioning and go-to-market effectiveness to support revenue objectives.
• Support brand awareness and thought leadership through creative campaigns and industry relationships.
