Creative Producer / Social, Intern

About the role

You will shape the organic social media presence of Fortisana by developing concepts, filming, and editing content from start to finish. Working directly with the founders, you will translate product knowledge and community feedback into engaging stories that resonate with the audience. This role involves managing the editorial plan, coordinating shoots, and analyzing performance to continuously improve content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop content strategy, recurring formats, and editorial plans for social media channels.
• Plan and organize video shoots with founders, team members, and customers.
• Film and edit short-form videos including product demonstrations, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create supporting stories and carousels while establishing a recognizable visual style.
• Engage with the community, answer questions, and turn feedback into new content ideas.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize future content for engagement and reach.
