Senior UX Designer

About the role

SeatGeek is seeking a senior designer to help modernize the ticketing industry by defining strategies and providing end-to-end craft and thought leadership. This role involves connecting the dots into a cohesive vision across various business verticals to evolve the platform into a best-in-class experience. The designer will partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to drive impact through both optimizations and new product development.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists
• Set direction by creating clear and impactful strategies while executing through launch
• Balance speed and quality to drive impact through optimizations and 0-1 product development
• Demonstrate outstanding design skills and a passion for experimentation, data, and systems thinking
• Collaboratively improve component systems to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences
