Senior Manager - Health and Life Sciences

About the role

Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their Government Health practice. The role involves working across the intersection of government, NHS organisations, and the life sciences industry to deliver complex programmes and drive purposeful health transformation.

Responsibilities

• Work across strategy, delivery, commercial development, and stakeholder orchestration within the UK health and life sciences ecosystem.
• Support the implementation of the UK Life Sciences Sector Plan, contributing to programmes spanning health data, clinical research, and innovation.
• Shape and deliver work on health data infrastructure and research services, including national initiatives enabling access to health data.
• Build and develop a pipeline of opportunities across health, life sciences, and government clients.
• Support the development of proposals, bids, and commercial propositions.
• Act as a connector across stakeholders and institutions, facilitating relationships between government, NHS leaders, and industry partners.
