Senior Corporate Services Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented company secretary to join our UK based team as a Senior Corporate Services Associate. You will work with a diverse portfolio of international clients, leading on the delivery of high quality corporate secretarial and compliance services across multiple jurisdictions. As the primary day-to-day contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and building strong, trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead client contact for assigned clients and coordinate the delivery of company secretarial services in collaboration with in-country experts.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Proactively monitor deadlines and ensure ongoing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and file statutory documents including annual returns, confirmation statements, and regulatory filings with Companies House.
• Draft and review board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documentation.
• Maintain data and document storage within Diligent Entities software.
• Support junior members of the team in developing their knowledge and skills base.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
