About the role

The Venture Developer identifies, structures, and validates new business models from initial idea to a robust setup. This role involves developing MVPs, testing market hypotheses, and building initial processes to achieve early traction. The position offers a pathway to transition into a Co-Founder role within approximately two years.

Responsibilities

• Identify, structure, and validate new business models from idea to setup.
• Develop MVPs, test hypotheses in the market, and optimize continuously.
• Build initial processes, acquire customers, and drive early venture traction.
• Prepare successful models for scaling or spin-off.
• Optionally transition into a Co-Founder role to lead a venture long-term.
