Senior Growth Analyst / Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Kwalee is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst or Senior Data Analyst to serve as the early-warning radar and commercial strategist for their mobile game portfolio. You will be responsible for building automated monitoring systems, refining LTV and ROAS models, and providing actionable insights to guide user acquisition and creative testing. This role requires a proactive analyst who can diagnose trends, quantify opportunities, and communicate clear recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build smart, automated monitoring across revenue, spend, ROAS, and retention.
• Create and improve LTV and ROAS models to guide UA targets.
• Help the UA team identify the most effective channels and games for spend.
• Detect and diagnose data trends, providing clear options and recommendations.
• Measure the impact of team initiatives to facilitate learning from wins.
• Design creative testing frameworks and associated tracking dashboards.
• Share clear, simple insights with the team and leadership.
