About the role

Sézane is seeking a creative and structured intern to join the Collaborations and Partnerships team for a 6-month period. The role involves coordinating 360-degree projects from conception to operational execution, managing internal and external stakeholders, and tracking project performance. The ideal candidate will contribute to strategic growth by identifying new partnership opportunities and conducting market research.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the construction of 360-degree projects from idea to operational realization
• Develop clear roadmaps to coordinate internal departments and project timelines
• Manage operational project follow-up including partner communication and reporting
• Coordinate exchanges between internal teams such as design, purchasing, production, legal, and retail
• Monitor key performance indicators to measure business impact
• Maintain project tracking tools and assist with budget and invoicing management
• Identify new partners and opportunities through regular competitive benchmarking
