About the role

The HR Management Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding. This role involves digitizing HR processes, maintaining digital personnel files, and managing HR data. The intern will also lead independent projects such as analyzing employee surveys and organizing internal events.

Responsibilities

• Capture and organize HR-related data in digital tools
• Analyze employee surveys and organize training sessions
• Manage internal celebrations and revise retirement plans and benefits
