About the role

Pelico is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition for the EMEA region to build and scale our recruiting strategy from the ground up. You will shape our talent density, manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles, and leverage AI to optimize our hiring operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in high-growth environments and is passionate about building efficient, data-driven talent functions.

Responsibilities

• Shape the talent strategy for EMEA by building processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
• Raise talent quality and density by defining role requirements and coaching hiring managers.
• Partner with People leadership to use data-driven insights for forecasting and hiring decisions.
• Create and execute an EMEA employer brand strategy to enhance candidate experience.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for tech and business roles, including creative outbound sourcing.
• Embed AI tools across sourcing, research, and operations to scale the recruiting function.
