Senior Product Performance Analyst

About the role

The Senior Product Performance Analyst will transform data into actionable insights to influence product strategy and prioritization. Working closely with Product Managers and leadership, this role involves creating a scalable data foundation and ensuring product investments and outcomes are guided by reliable, transparent performance measurements.

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements for data streams based on business processes and customer journeys and manage them independently.
• Turn data into clear stories: build high-quality standard reports, dashboards, and visualizations for a wide range of stakeholder groups.
• Standardize reporting, KPI definitions, and tracking approaches across Product teams to improve consistency and data quality.
• Manage projects related to data provisioning from the data lake and ensure reliable access to relevant product data.
• Partner with Product Managers and Product leadership to develop new KPIs and evaluate product impact.
• Act as a trusted advisor on measurement, tracking concepts, and performance evaluation within the Product organization.
• Support the product teams in the early stages of product development in formulating the right hypotheses and success metrics to shape the development phase and create the needed data points.
