About the role
The Global Brand Relations Director will own and grow Soho House's relationships with its most valuable global brand partners. This role serves as the senior global lead for top-spending corporate accounts, driving commercial revenue across private hire, bedrooms, travel, and memberships while identifying new opportunities for engagement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior global relationship lead for Soho House's top 50 highest-spending corporate partners.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for each account to increase annual spend and partnership value.
- Own revenue targets across the global corporate partnerships portfolio and lead negotiations on high-value commercial agreements.
- Partner closely with regional sales, private hire, membership, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and provide insights to executive leadership.
- Champion a best-in-class global client experience and act as an escalation point for key partner relationships.

Qualifications
