About the role

Lippe Personal is transforming into an AI-driven company and is seeking a student to work directly with the founder on automating business processes. You will identify manual tasks and build solutions using AI tools to streamline operations across sales and fulfillment. This role offers direct insight into company strategy and hands-on experience in digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Build automations for daily business operations such as applicant management, reporting, and ad creation using AI tools
• Optimize and digitize processes across the company from sales to fulfillment
• Set up workflows in n8n and integrate tools like Airtable, HubSpot, and GitHub
• Document systems to ensure long-term scalability and growth
• Act as a sparring partner to the founder to develop future operational strategies
