Senior Engineer, iOS - Instant Rips

About the role

The Instant Rips iOS team is responsible for the live-break commerce experience on the Fanatics Live mobile product. You will design and ship production features for auctions, stream viewing, chat, and marketplace tools in a modern, SwiftUI-first codebase. The role focuses on building high-performance, reliable experiences for millions of collectors in real time.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship production iOS features across the live-break experience: auctions, stream viewing, chat, marketplace, and collector tools
• Own features end-to-end including API contracts, TCA reducers, SwiftUI views, testing, and release
• Write genuine test coverage using unit tests with mock dependencies and async test patterns
• Review pull requests to surface real defects and coach team members
• Contribute to architectural decisions regarding modularization, effect management, and failure handling
• Mentor engineers earlier in their career and raise the quality bar across the team
