GTM Talent Partner

About the role

As a GTM Talent Partner, you will own end-to-end hiring across the commercial organisation, including Sales, Account Management, Revenue, and Commercial Operations. You will partner with senior leaders to understand business needs, use data to influence hiring decisions, and contribute to improving the broader Talent function. This role requires a hands-on approach to sourcing, process improvement, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across the GTM organisation, focusing on Sales, Account Management, Revenue, and Commercial Operations.
• Partner with senior commercial leaders to challenge briefs and provide strategic talent advice.
• Build and maintain strong passive talent pipelines to ensure efficient hiring.
• Use data and metrics to diagnose hiring challenges, track pipeline health, and influence decision-making.
• Leverage AI and modern tooling to improve sourcing, screening, and overall process efficiency.
• Collaborate with the wider People team on projects related to data, automation, employer brand, and candidate experience.
