About the role
The Senior Partner Manager will develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth across the EMEA retail market, with a focus on the UK and Netherlands. This role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, managing existing relationships, and enabling partners through training and sales support to maximize pipeline performance. The successful candidate will lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure consistent lead generation and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow strategic referral partnerships across EMEA.
- Identify new partnership opportunities while expanding relationships with current partners.
- Develop and sustain a high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreements, and oversee partner onboarding.
- Enable partners through training, sales support, and co-selling initiatives.
- Design and implement incentive programs to boost lead-generation productivity.
- Collaborate with Strategic Sales teams to ensure consistent pipeline follow-up.
- Provide pipeline reporting and forecasts to senior management.
