Senior Integration Engineer

About the role

The Technology and Cyber team is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to support the firm's rapid growth and digital transformation. You will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations and cloud-based business systems to help the firm deliver services with greater speed, quality, and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support enterprise-grade integrations across Baringa’s business systems and technology platforms.
• Develop Azure Function App solutions that enable secure, reliable and scalable integration between strategic systems including Dynamics 365, Workday, Dataverse and other enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain custom APIs, services and integration components that support critical business processes and data flows.
• Design and implement integration patterns using Azure services including API Management, Service Bus, Storage Accounts and Key Vault.
• Support the ongoing modernisation of legacy integrations and data exchange processes, helping create more resilient and future-ready platforms.
• Own technical delivery from design through to deployment, support and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, scalability and maintainability across the integration estate.
• Design solutions with appropriate security, monitoring, governance and operational controls, ensuring risks are understood and managed from the outset.
• Participate in troubleshooting, production support and incident resolution for business-critical integrations.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
