Senior Rider Onboarding Associate

About the role

The Senior Rider Onboarding Associate will help build, scale, and optimise the physical onboarding ecosystem to secure rider fleet capacity for the marketplace. This role involves managing logistical scaling challenges and ensuring the fleet meets real-time demand across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract requiring extensive travel to lead face-to-face onboarding sessions and support regional hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the format and structural workflow of physical Rider Onboarding Hubs to maximise operational efficiency.
• Design, operationalise, and expand physical onboarding spaces across the UKI.
• Architect and execute the 12-month delivery plan for in-person onboarding.
• Partner with Rider Support, Product, and broader Onboarding teams to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Travel extensively across the UKI to lead face-to-face onboarding sessions.
• Target and eliminate rider deficits in hard-to-source zones.
• Lead tactical supply planning and execution for peak trading seasons.
