Product Engineer

About the role

The Product Engineer will join a dedicated enterprise engineering team focused on making ElevenCreative work for large-scale customers. You will act as a bridge between enterprise clients and the product team, gathering requirements and deciding whether to build bespoke integrations or generalize features for the broader platform. This role requires a high degree of autonomy to ship end-to-end solutions without traditional product management oversight.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their technical requirements and business needs.
• Present technical solutions and product capabilities to enterprise clients.
• Develop bespoke integrations to unblock enterprise deals when necessary.
• Generalize custom solutions into platform-wide product improvements.
• Manage full-stack development tasks including APIs, authentication, and enterprise security features.
