About the role

The Talent Science team at Canonical is seeking an entry-level professional to help implement objective, scientifically rigorous hiring processes. You will leverage data and behavioural science to support hiring leadership in selecting world-class talent. This role involves integrating data to draw insights, managing hiring projects, and building strong stakeholder relationships within a global, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Learning how to assess candidates using behavioural interview techniques.
  • Gaining a deep appreciation of the use of psychometrics in the workplace.
  • Working on process and documentation efficiencies that fuel our hiring practices.
  • Contributing to projects that drive successful hiring outcomes using advanced analytics.
  • Building excellent stakeholder relationships to design and implement solutions to complex hiring problems.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of systems and platforms to support hiring questions.
  • Providing ticket support and answering company channel questions to solve process issues.
