About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the digital transformation of a leading hospital's public website and intranet. This role involves managing the introduction of a new content management system, content migration, and the transition into ongoing service operations. The manager will coordinate interdisciplinary teams and serve as the primary point of contact for the client.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for operational project management and coordination of all involved project teams.
  • Central point of contact for the customer/client.
  • Creation and maintenance of the project management plan, milestone plan, and communication plan.
  • Management of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and dependencies.
  • Establishment and continuous maintenance of the RAID log.
  • Coordination of collaboration between the client, business departments, UX/UI, business analysis, development, quality assurance, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
  • Preparation and facilitation of sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Ensuring transparent and iterative project progress.
  • Conducting daily internal status alignment meetings.
  • Preparation of a weekly written status report.
  • Preparation and facilitation of status meetings, steering committee meetings, and escalation meetings.
  • Stakeholder, risk, change, issue, and escalation management.
  • Management of requirements, decision-making, acceptance, and release processes.
  • Coordination of quality assurance, user acceptance testing, approvals, go-live, and hypercare activities.
  • Supporting the organization in introducing new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, data protection, and security requirements.
  • Participation in required on-site meetings in Magdeburg.
