Senior Clinical Product Lead

About the role

The Senior Clinical Product Lead will bridge the gap between clinical practice and AI product development at Noa. This role involves shaping product roadmaps based on real-world doctor workflows, defining clinical quality standards for AI outputs, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will act as the primary clinical voice within the product team, translating medical expertise into actionable technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring doctor habits, preferences, and workflows into the product development process.
• Partner with Product teams to define the roadmap and ensure features are clinically sound.
• Define clinical quality bars, intended outcomes, and terminology for AI products.
• Identify clinical failure modes and direct clinical evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with ML/LLM and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment with safety and EU MDR requirements.
• Build and maintain feedback loops with the consultant-doctor network.
