Specialist Solutions Architect - AI/ML

About the role

As an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical expert for Databricks customers and the Field Engineering organization. You will guide customers in architecting production-grade ML and AI applications on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform while aligning their technical roadmaps. This role involves applying cutting-edge technologies in GenAI and MLOps while establishing yourself as an AI thought leader.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-level ML and AI workloads for customers including agents, end-to-end pipelines, and inference optimization.
• Serve as a trusted practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions such as RAG architectures and agentic systems.
• Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads using best-in-class MLOps practices.
• Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sale process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer and influence the product roadmap.
