HVAC Maintenance Technician

About the role

Sila Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join their team in Weymouth. The role involves diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service and presenting repair or replacement options to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues
• Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, and air handlers
• Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades and maintenance agreements
• Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment
• Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards
• Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish
