Impact Producer

About the role

The Impact Producer will own the external storytelling and event presence for the ElevenLabs Impact Program, which focuses on democratizing access to AI technology for healthcare, education, and cultural initiatives. This hands-on role involves coordinating PR, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production. You will ensure that all projects meet high brand standards while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of Impact's documentary case studies, including travel and onsite filming supervision.
• Partner with subjects, particularly those with disabilities, to ensure their input and consent shape the storytelling process.
• Plan and execute conferences and activations to drive engagement and brand impact.
• Support communications teams in managing PR windows and partner announcements.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency across video and static collateral.
• Draft copy for social and blog content while managing multiple concurrent production timelines.

Qualifications
