Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies and selection decisions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes through the ATS.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and candidates.
• Track key recruiting metrics and pipeline performance.
• Support workforce planning and talent market discussions.
• Ensure compliance with local employment and data privacy requirements.
