Software Engineer, Data Integration

About the role

Bayesian Health is seeking a Software Engineer to build bridges between complex Electronic Health Record systems and their platform. You will lead the technical workstream for data integrations, transforming fragmented data into actionable clinical insights that help care teams save lives. This role involves direct collaboration with health system clients to ensure seamless data ingestion and real-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client technical teams to design and implement data integration interfaces and ingestion pipelines.
• Implement automated integration tests at the data layer and resolve issues during testing.
• Execute production deployment processes and provide technical support during go-live phases.
• Develop frameworks and tooling, including LLM-based automation, to increase integration efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align the data integration workstream with overall project goals.
