AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

The AI Solutions Engineer will harmonize AI initiatives across teams into a coherent company-wide approach and design new AI-driven workflows. This role involves managing AI infrastructure, advising on regulatory and risk compliance, and vetting external AI components. The engineer will also act as an internal reference point to grow AI literacy across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize AI tools and initiatives across teams into a coherent company-wide approach
• Design and roll out new AI-driven workflows using agents and other methods
• Manage cloud and on-premises AI infrastructure from architecture through deployment
• Advise projects on regulatory, compliance, and risk questions
• Vet and validate externally sourced AI components
• Grow AI literacy through mentoring and knowledge-sharing

Qualifications
