About the role

As a Data Engineer, you will design and operate modern data platforms using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning applications. You will play a key role in building a data-driven organization by developing scalable data architectures and ensuring high data quality. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Data & Analytics to provide reliable data for business intelligence and advanced modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve modern data pipelines in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Ensure high data quality, completeness, and reproducibility through efficient incremental loading processes.
  • Develop and maintain efficient ETL/ELT processes and API-based data integrations.
  • Implement robust monitoring, logging, and error handling concepts while optimizing performance and costs.
  • Collaborate on building a scalable data architecture including test, staging, and production environments using CI/CD, dbt, or Airflow.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Data & Analytics and Data Analysts to provide high-quality data for Power BI dashboards and machine learning models.
