Product Manager – Android Integration & Ecosystem

About the role

As a Product Manager for Android Integration & Ecosystem, you will define the strategy for how ProGlove devices connect and create value within the enterprise Android ecosystem. You will translate recurring customer needs into scalable capabilities like APIs and SDKs to ensure products are easy to adopt and deploy at scale. This role involves balancing technical complexity with commercial opportunities to evolve ProGlove from a wearable scanner company into a broader Worker Companion provider.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy and priorities for enterprise Android integration and ecosystem capabilities.
• Work with customers, Sales, and Solution Architecture to identify recurring problems and turn them into scalable solutions.
• Translate integration needs into repeatable product capabilities such as APIs, SDKs, tools, and documentation.
• Shape the product experience for device setup, provisioning, and fleet management at scale.
• Make pragmatic decisions regarding where to own, enable, or partner based on strategic control and customer value.
• Identify and manage technology partnerships, certifications, and ecosystem integrations that strengthen the product proposition.
• Partner with Engineering to align on priorities, trade-offs, and desired outcomes.
