Senior AI Engineer

About the role

You will serve as a senior engineer embedded within client teams to design and build complex AI systems, including agents, data pipelines, and integrations. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle from architecture and implementation to deployment and handover, while also providing mentorship to junior engineers. You will act as a consultant, helping clients adopt AI tooling and strategy while maintaining a hands-on approach to software development.

Responsibilities

• Take a build end to end: architecture, implementation, deployment and handover.
• Design production AI systems, agents, retrieval, evaluation and the data plumbing underneath them.
• Work alongside client engineering teams and directly with company leadership.
• Mentor and support AI and graduate engineers as the team grows.
• Help client teams adopt AI tooling and redesign workflows.
