About the role

The Department Data and Research on Society is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to support the implementation of the European Social Survey and the CRONOS panel in Germany. The role involves project planning, data collection management, and the dissemination of research findings through scientific channels. This position is part of the EU-funded INNOVATE project.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing CRONOS within the framework of the EU-funded INNOVATE Project
  • Planning and implementing the 13th round of the European Social Surveys in Germany
  • Coordinating and contributing to the German translation of the ESS source questionnaire and fieldwork materials
  • Checking and processing data collected in the ESS and CRONOS
  • Presenting and publishing research in scientific conferences and journals
