About the role

The Power Transformer Senior Sales Manager is responsible for winning business and shaping commercial strategy within the Power Transformer market segment. This role involves developing market segments to drive profitable growth, maintaining customer intimacy, and exercising commercial judgment to execute arrangements. The manager will lead proposal strategies, deal structures, and pricing while collaborating with functional partners to identify new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute proposal strategy and sales agreements.
• Formulate deal structure, pricing, and proposal development.
• Assist in customer negotiations.
• Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the proposal process.
• Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.

Qualifications
