The Power Transformer Senior Sales Manager is responsible for winning business and shaping commercial strategy within the Power Transformer market segment. This role involves developing market segments to drive profitable growth, maintaining customer intimacy, and managing commercial priorities. The position requires high levels of commercial judgment to execute arrangements and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute proposal strategy and sales agreements.
• Formulate deal structure, pricing, and proposal development.
• Assist in customer negotiations.
• Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the proposal process.

Qualifications
