About the role

The Senior Line Lead is responsible for leading the Nut Packaging and Nut Processing teams at the Doetinchem facility. This role focuses on optimizing production output, driving continuous improvement through the Integrated Work System (IWS), and fostering a culture of engagement and accountability. You will provide leadership, set clear priorities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Nut Packaging and Nut Processing teams.
• Guide the organization through IWS phases and facilitate daily direction setting meetings.
• Analyze production variables such as consumption, lead times, and deviations using ERP and FMES systems.
• Support and develop team members on the production floor to ensure process improvements are implemented.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Quality Control, and Technology departments on process analyses and projects.
