Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Product

About the role

Cito Transport Technologies is building CERA AI, an AI agent designed to automate logistics processes such as email processing and price negotiation. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of key parts of the AI and software architecture while designing scalable systems. You will work closely with product and business teams to turn operational challenges into technical solutions that provide real impact for customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI agent systems, including multi-step reasoning, decision pipelines and tool use
• Build and improve LLM-based systems, including prompting, tooling, memory and orchestration
• Ensure reliability and quality of AI outputs through evaluation, monitoring and guardrails
• Build observability and evaluation frameworks, including regression testing for AI systems
• Work closely with Product and Business to turn real operational problems into scalable technical solutions
• Make technical decisions with long-term impact on architecture, stack and scalability
• Ship solutions that are actually used by customers
