About the role

As a Graduate Fire Engineer, you will join a dynamic design team to develop innovative fire engineering solutions for new and existing buildings. You will work alongside experienced engineers to solve complex safety challenges and contribute to projects ranging from high-rise offices to airport developments. This role is part of a two-year development programme designed to build your technical expertise and support your progress toward professional accreditation.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out fire engineering analysis on a range of new and existing building projects.
  • Analyse fire growth, means of escape, structural fire resistance and smoke control using methods such as computer modelling software.
  • Prepare technical reports and liaise with clients including major building developers.
  • Work across diverse building types including high-rise office buildings, retail complexes and airport developments.
