• Managing initial customer communication regarding workshop appointments and requests
• Coordinating workshop capacities and maintaining the scheduling system
• Ensuring customer mobility and managing rental vehicle handovers
• Handling telephone inquiries, cash management, and billing
• Explaining invoices to customers
• Providing specialized support for Honda, SEAT, and CUPRA brands
