We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team, dedicated to building intuitive and impactful financial products for a global audience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a talented design team to address customer needs, elevate design standards, and ensure a seamless user experience. Using data-driven insights alongside your skills in design, research, and prototyping, you will develop user-friendly solutions for complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement.
• Be the voice of the user, embedding their needs into every design decision with insights and research.
• Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and stakeholders to transform ideas into reality.
• Collaborate with researchers to uncover actionable feedback, guiding meaningful usability improvements.
• Develop interactive prototypes to test and illustrate design concepts.
• Define and maintain design guidelines, bringing consistency across all products.
• Lead design initiatives with balance and clarity, adapting to timelines while juggling multiple priorities.
• Design user journeys that turn complex tasks into simple, delightful journeys.
• Improve product performance post-launch, focusing on continuous, user-centered enhancements.
• Help maintain, evolve and improve the design system, as well as using it as a toolkit to ensure consistency.
