Implementation Manager

About the role

The Implementation Manager will join the client delivery team to support European clients through technology transformation journeys and long-term migration projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for tech development, managing relationships with client counterparts and bridging the gap between client needs and Kraken's platform capabilities. This role involves driving project success by aligning technology, people, and processes while advocating for Kraken's agile development style.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with client product and business owners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical development and issue resolution.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Kraken platform and delivery processes.
• Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally.
• Summarize and articulate client needs and timelines to internal teams.
• Support the engineering team in delivering product features.
• Challenge clients to adopt continuous iteration and deployment approaches.
